This competition is coordinated by The University of Queensland, ABN: 63 942 912 684.
The competition is open to people 18 years or older who have registered and paid in full for the TropAg conference being held on Monday 31 October to Wednesday 2 November 2022 in Brisbane, Australia. TropAg conference registrations that have been paid in full prior to 31 August 2022 will be eligible for entry into the prize draw (excluding scholarship recipients, Traction Tour and CGIAR System Council participants) and will automatically be entered into the draw.
The cost of the registration will depend on the type of registration selected by the entrant and registrations can only be made at tropagconference.org/register
One prize is available, with the refund amount based on the amount paid by winner as stated on their submitted registration with a maximum eligible value of AUD 985 (maximum 1 registration).
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included within the prize and are the responsibility of the entrant.
The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 5 September 2022 at 11am at 306 Carmody Road, St Lucia, Brisbane, Queensland.
One entry per person.
The prize is not transferable.
In the event the winner’s registration has been paid by an organisation, the refund will be provided to the organisation that administered the registration payment and will not be provided to the individual.
The refund will be administered by the TropAg Conference organiser Expert Events within 20 working days of the prize draw to the bank account or credit card used to pay the registration.
The winner will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Monday 5 September 2022 and the winner will also be published on the TropAg conference website: https://tropagconference.org/ within (3) three days of the draw.
The competition closes on Wednesday 31 August at 11.59pm AEST.
